Core Responsibilities

1. Get practice schedules from the President.
2. Coordinate schedules for games with the President.
3. Serve as the Club’s WPYLA representative and attend all WPYLA Meetings. This is also in VP’s duties
4. Provide updates to BOD on all WPYLA changes, etc.
5. Coordinate all tournaments for the Boys. This is also in VP’s duties
6. Coordinate with Girl’s coordinator and schedule the EMT’s for all home games and make sure they are confirmed each week.
7. Coordinate and schedule the EMT’s for all home games and make sure they are confirmed each week.
8. Coordinate payment for Boys Refs and EMT’s with the treasurer.
9. Put schedules in Club Registration/Scheduling Software (e.g. SportsConnect) for all Boys teams.
10. Home games are scheduled on Sundays April through May
11. Update Club Registration/Scheduling Software (e.g. SportsConnect) of practices and games when needed for any changes in the schedule. Can get a team helper to assist.
12. Make sure that refs are confirmed each week.
13. Help Pres/VP coordinate Picture Night's/Days for the Boys
14. Help Pres/VP coordinate Youth Night for the Boys (utilize contact from the HS Boys Team)
15. Help Pres/ VP coordinate with President, uniform organization and distribution
16. Help Pres/ VP coordinate Picture Nights/Days for the Boys
17. Attend regular scheduled meetings as part of the Board of directors.
18. Perform other functions as prescribed by the Board and the President
19. Find Game day managers/ helpers to set up HOME games.
