Core Responsibilities

1. Get practice schedules from the President.
2. Coordinate schedules for games with the President.
3. Serve as the Club’s WESL representative and attend all WESL Meetings. This is also in VP’s duties
4. Provide updates to BOD on all WESL changes, etc.
5. Coordinate all tournaments for the Girls. This is also in VP’s duties
6. Coordinate and schedule the EMT’s for all home games and make sure they are confirmed each week.
7. Coordinate payment for Girls Refs and EMT’s with the treasurer.
8. Put schedules in Club Registration/Scheduling Software (e.g. SportsConnect) for all GIRLS teams.
9. Home games are scheduled on Sundays April through May, in the mornings (9am 10U, 10am 12U and 14U @ 11am) TBD
10. Update Club Registration/Scheduling Software (e.g. SportsConnect) of practices and games when needed for any changes in the schedule. Can get a team helper to assist.
11. Make sure that refs are confirmed each week.
12. Help Pres/VP coordinate Picture Night's/Days for the Girls
13. Help Pres/VP coordinate Youth Night for the Girls (utilize contact from the HS Girls Team)
14. Help Pres/ VP coordinate with President, uniform organization and distribution
15. Help Pres/ VP coordinate Picture Nights/Days for the Girls
16. Attend regular scheduled meetings as part of the Board of directors.
17. Perform other functions as prescribed by the Board and the President
18. Find Game day managers/ helpers to set up HOME games.
